Assumption of Risk & Liability

By purchasing a ticket and/or attending the Midstream Holi Festival 2026, you acknowledge and agree that participation in this event involves inherent risks, including but not limited to physical injury, illness, property damage, or loss. You voluntarily assume all such risks.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the event organizers, hosts, venue, sponsors, employees, contractors, and agents (collectively, the “Organizers”) shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from or related to your attendance, participation, or involvement in the event, except where such liability cannot be excluded under applicable law.

You are responsible for your own safety, personal belongings, and conduct at all times during the event. The Organizers reserve the right to refuse entry or remove any individual whose behaviour is deemed unsafe, disruptive, or in violation of event rules, without refund or compensation.

By attending or participating in this event, you hereby release, waive, and discharge the Organizers from any and all claims, liabilities, or expenses arising out of or in connection with your participation in the Midstream Holi Festival 2026, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

By attending you consent to Photography/filming (images may be used for marketing)
