Login-less Checkout

Isn't it the worst when you are trying to view tickets or purchase tickets to an event and then you get hit with a screen that tells you to create an account or login. Our competitors practice this habit. We have removed that barrier on uTickets, customers can add to cart, checkout and pay without being asked to create an account or login. Should they wish to login later on, they will find their tickets saved to the email address they used at the time of purchasing. Easy.

Custom Checkout Fields

Need to gather more information from your customers at checkout? We have the ability for you to do just that. You can add multiple choice, single choice, free text and many other options. Questions and Answers

On all our events we have a questions and answers section where customers can ask questions about an event. Common questions include "Can i bring my coolerbox?", "Will there be food on sale?" etc. This is a great way for customers and organisers to engage with each other and get that peace of mind. We notify either parties via email when a question or answer has been written. Here is an example of our questions and answers section.

Ticket Scanner

Included is our easy to use ticket scanner that allows staff at your event to validate tickets and permit customers access. Our scanner is better than our competitors because it allows anyone who uses it to look up orders, easily redeem many tickets from one order, search tickets by customer details, get valuable insights such as how many people have come in versus how many tickets have been sold for any given day of the event and more.

Seeing as most customers show their tickets from their cellphone our pdf has been made to fit cellphone screens, no pinch zooming or side scrolling to find the QR code and make it bigger.

There are no logins or accounts needed to access the scanner, it is accessed via a secure link that can be viewed by anyone it is shared with.

If you don't want to scan tickets you don't have to, many of our organisers print their guest list and welcome guests from a clipboard.

Tickets Are Sent To Email and Whatsapp

Anyone who purchases a ticket on uTickets will be sent a confirmation email and Whatsapp with details and a link to their order where they can view, download and forward their tickets.

The Whatsapp sent out is comprehensive, it has the tickets as a pdf and all the details to the event including times, google map link to the venue and a link to the order in case the customer needs to do a refund or read more information on their purchase.

Scaling and Traffic Load

We heard that one of our competitors app crashed at a Robbie Williams concert and that customers were left stranded outside in the sun for hours. It was a disaster. We hear these lessons and we get straight to the drawing board to ensure this does not happen to us.

To explain this simply, we are using a smart hosting provider that scales our processing power as and when we need it so that we don't run into an over loading situation that will crash our website.

This means that if uTickets experiences a surge in traffic our hosting provider will duplicate our website onto more servers so we can spread and handle the load effectively - this is how Uber, Netflix and all the greats are able to handle so many users and traffic.

We are online most hours of the day, we get to emails and chat messages very quickly. We support customers with ticketing issues and event queries and we support organisers with any questions, data requirements or features needed.
