What are uTickets fees?
Organiser Fees
Organisers pay a flat 7% of every cart sale. There are no monthly fees, and complimentary tickets are free of charge. If you sell a ticket for R100, you receive R93 into your bank account.
If your tickets are free of charge, you pay zero fees - the platform is free to use.
If you become a trusted event organiser with us, you can reach out to get your fees lowered to as much as 5%.
If you are switching from another platform to uTickets we are happy to match the fees you had there if you can show us an invoice where you paid lesser fees.
Non-Profit Fees
If your organisation is registered as a Non-Profit, we offer a reduced fee of 4%. If you sell a ticket for R100, you receive R96 into your bank account.
Customer Fees
For customers purchasing tickets there are no fees or charges incurred. The price advertised on the ticket is the price they pay.
Banking Fees
There are no banking fees for the organiser or customers, we absorb those fees.
Comparing To Other Platforms (Howler, Webtickets, Computicket etc...)
Unlike other ticketing platforms, which may advertise lower fees but then add hidden costs which can quickly turn an advertised 3.5% into something more like 8 to 11.5%, uTickets ensures that there is just one fee for the organiser to consider and customers enjoy no fees.
